Mia, The PINK Shrimp SALAD

This is one of our favorite Salads from one of our favorite Mexicans. Her books and recipes are amazing, but here is the trick - they are in Spanish. If you are not fluent, do not worry, Poquio is here to the rescue! We translated Mia hoping you enjoy it as much as we do!
Ensalada Rosa de Camarones
Ingredients
6 butterhead leaves chopped
1 sliced radish
½ avocado, in cubes
2 pounds of cooked shrimp
1 tbsp of fresh chopped dill
4 pieces of chives finely chopped
Dressing
4 tbsp of mayo
2 tbsp of ketchup
12 tabasco sauce drops
½ tbsp of spicy radish sauce
1 tbsp of lime juice
Salt and pepper
On a large serving plate, place the butterhead leaves, the radish and avocado In a separate
bowl, add all the dressing ingredients and mix well. Add the shrimp, and fold it with the dressing. Add the shrimp to your leaves, radish and avocado on the plate and top it with the dill and chives. Enjoy!
