Since childhood, she was taught the importance of preserving and passing traditions to the next generations, something that she strongly believes and practices until this day. Her first exposure to the kitchen started the moment she learned to make tortillas. Throughout the years, she was passed recipes, techniques, and customs that her grandmother and women of her family had been preserving for generations. What makes her food so special and unforgettable? That would be the preservation of the integrity of the recipes, ingredients, and techniques.
